The Milky Way Restaurant is thrilled to welcome legendary Chef, Entrepreneur, Founder and all-around tastemaker Joan McNamara of Joan’s on Third!

Join us Thursday, May 14 at 6:30PM for an intimate evening of storytelling alongside a three-course menu inspired by her favorite seasonal dishes, prepared with a Milky Way twist by Executive Chef Phil Kastel.

Opened in 1995 with her daughters on a then-sleepy street in Los Angeles, Joan’s on Third quickly became one of LA’s most sought-after caterers and culinary destinations. Today, devoted followers pack into the restaurants and marketplace—both on Third Street and in the Studio City location—grabbing seats at the rustic community table or dashing in to grab a hard-to-find specialty item. Joan continues to help define the city’s food culture while setting the standard for hospitality through her warmth and graciousness.

Tickets are $75 per person, with the option to add a curated wine pairing. 10% of the evening’s proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry.
