The Milky Way is proud to announce our first EVER Sake Cocktail Dinner on Thursday, October 15th at 6:30PM!
Sake is about so much more than sushi rolls and tempura—this versatile beverage can serve as the foundation for delicious, creative, endlessly riff-able and low-ABV cocktails! Join us as we stir, shake and mix up 3 different sake-based cocktails from rockstar mixologist and all-around hospitality pro Matan Mallinger.
Enjoy them alongside a perfectly paired three-course Asian-inspired menu from Executive Chef Phil Kastel, featuring Spicy Ahi Tuna on Crispy Latkes, Miso-Glazed Salmon with Ginger Rice and Szechuan Green Beans and a Coconut-Mango Creme Brûlée!Snag your spot for this fun, flavorful evening and pick up some tips and tricks from a pro for your next soirée!
