Sip on a curated array of premium kosher wines with Ernie Weir, Owner and Winemaker and be the first to taste Executive Chef Phil Kastel’s mouth-watering seasonal dishes like a Mediterranean-inspired Pan-Crisped Branzino with blistered tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, capers.
