The Milky Way LA Restaurant is thrilled to announce a one-night-only Pesach-inspired feast with recipe developer, cookbook author and all-around media maven Miriam Pascal Cohen (AKA @overtimecook). With over 50K IG followers, this wildly popular food blogger-turned cookbook author has gained a loyal following of fans in the kosher world and beyond through her approachable, no-fuss recipes, mouthwatering food photography and infectious love of all things food.
Join us Thursday, March 19th at 6:30PM for a collaborative menu by Miriam and Milky Way Executive Chef Phil Kastel, inspired by recipes from Real Life Pesach Cooking, including Mushroom Fritters with Pickled Onions and Secret Sauce, Tomato & Hearts of Palm Salad with Avocado Dressing, Honey-Nut Salmon with Creamy Parsnip Purée, Tropical Mousse Flutes with Berry Sauce and Almond Crumble and more!
Tickets are $75 per person and include a mouth-watering, family-style spread and an evening with Miriam as she shares the stories behind the recipes and so much more.
